BRIEF ANALYSIS

Moisture Determination: Determines the residue of the preparation of the tea sample and the final result of drying to constant weight under specified conditions.

Total Powder Quantity Determination: Determine the total amount of powder in a 100 g teaspoon.

Non-Oxidized Component Determination: During the processing of tea, the parts that have not undergone oxidation or whose oxidation has not been completed are identified.

Water Extract Determination: Specifies the amount of water-soluble substance. It is one of the most important quality criteria. These are the colors of tea, dullness, aroma, additives.

Total Ash Determines the amount of mineral matter in the pot. Ash; Potassium, sodium, calcium gb. minerals and their sulphates, phosphates, oxides are found in different proportions.

Water Soluble Ash: refers to the total water-soluble part of the ash. In other words, it determines how much of the total minerals are dissolved in the water.

Water Soluble Cullet Alkalinity: 1 gram is the amount of acid required to neutralize the ash. The ash alkalinity is done to determine if the product does not contain mineral staple or if food additive is added to avoid acid-base balance of food.

Asitte insoluble ash: Determines whether there is contamination of stones, soil, sand etc.

Sensory Analysis Score: Score for the image of dry tea, smell, color, brightness, taste, flavor and appearance of dem pouch.
