Our laboratory is a subsidiary of Rize Commodity Exchange which was established by order of General Directorate of Domestic Trade of Ministry of Industry and Commerce dated 22.03.1995 and numbered 6404.

The Rize Commodity Exchange serves members of the Tea Analysis Laboratory throughout the year it was founded.

Our laboratory was awarded with the establishment permission certificate from the General Directorate of Agriculture, Agriculture and Livestock Ministry and the Work Permit Certificate on 14.02.2008.

All analyzes and activities are monitored by the GGBS (Food Security Information System) created by the Ministry with special codes and all activities are reported on a monthly basis.

In order to ensure the quality of the analyzes done in our laboratory and to give more accurate and reliable results to our members, we started to work on accreditation in 2009 and on 29.11.2010 we interviewed the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK), whose physical and chemical credentials were 9 parameters.

All of our employees are equipped with the knowledge that the quality of our laboratory, the services requested by the customers are delivered in the shortest possible time, the most accurate and the shortest time possible.

Customer complaints and opinions are viewed and evaluated by our laboratory as opportunities for improvement and improvement. The privacy of our customers' information and the protection of trade secrets are guaranteed by our laboratory.

Only authorized analysis and methods of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock are used in our laboratory. Apart from that, our laboratory does not serve the desired analyzes.

It is determined to be a pioneer in the sector by continuously increasing the quality with educated, competent and dynamic staff.
